“To be or not to be” – words that were coined by playwright and poet William Shakespeare are now put to the test by Barbara Hofmeister in her book To be or not to be – The choice is yours.

In her book, Hofmeister uses her own life experience to help others put their lives on track. She asks her readers an important question in the first chapter of her book: Are you ready to take the responsibility?

Well, let me think about that. I’ve never been one to shirk responsibility and my life could definitely do with some improving. So yea, I think I’m ready.

The book, which Hofmeister calls a workbook has different sections where the reader can write down their thoughts and answers to her questions. The first question I come upon is: What do you really want? Now, that’s an interesting and difficult question I had never thought of before. I mean, why would I? I’m 22-years-old and I have all the time in the world right?

After reflecting on the question a bit I came up with a simple answer: to be happy. Or more importantly, to be happy doing something I love. My dream would be to travel the world and write about it somewhere like a magazine or the travel section in a newspaper. Now that wasn’t too hard.

Moving on. Since I don’t want to give the whole book away I’ll just skip ahead and tell you what part got me thinking next. It was the two chapters on conquering your fears and relieving your worries and I realized something. I worry way too much. I even lose sleep over worrying and the fact that I worry too much. Maybe it’s time to sit back and think about this, because it’s just ridiculous. Who can even worry that much?

Now, I’ll spare everyone the details of my life because really you should read the book and see for yourself what it’s all about and how it might help you.

So let’s recap what I learned: Even though I can pretend I’m happy with my life and what I’m doing with my career it’s far from the truth. I’m more complacent than happy. But true happiness and living a fulfilling life is something I want but have yet to achieve. I may be young, but it’s as good a time as any to get started. It seems some changes are coming my way.

How do you want to live your life, the choice is yours and really you can help yourself. Hofmeister just gives you the tools you need.

Everything published made a bunch of sense. But, consider this, suppose you wrote a catchier post title? I mean, I don't wish to tell you how to run your website, however suppose you added something to possibly get folk's attention? I mean Barbara Hofmeister's Media PageTo Be Or Not To Be – The Choice Is YOURS! is a little vanilla. You ought to peek at Yahoo's home page and watch how they create post headlines to get viewers interested. You might try adding a video or a picture or two to get readers interested about what you've got to say. In my opinion, it would bring your blog a little bit more interesting.

It’s exhausting to seek out educated people on this matter, but you sound like you know what you’re speaking about! Thanks
